On submission, the form is processed by our own form service on the server of this website in Switzerland and forwarded to our mailbox by e-mail. The enquiry and any attachments remain stored there for 90 days and are then deleted. After sending, you receive an automatic confirmation e-mail.

When you visit, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data. We use no analytics or advertising trackers of our own on these pages and load fonts locally from your device. The chat on this website and the voice assistant on the phone are operated by the provider newo.ai and answer automatically (AI): a script from this provider is loaded on every page; chat and phone conversations are processed by newo.ai to handle your request.

For access, correction or deletion of enquiries held by us, use the contact below. We keep details only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and meet legal obligations.
